Here is my concoction for your site.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nMango-Nana Monster<br \/>\n1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk<br \/>\n1 T flax<br \/>\n2 cups raw spinach<br \/>\n1 banana<br \/>\n1\/2 cup frozen mango<br \/>\nhandful of ice (omit if using frozen banana)<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nBlend until smooth. I love adding spinach to my morning meal, because no matter what I have the rest of the day, I know I started out with fruits and vegetables! I usually pair my Green Monster with a slice of whole wheat toast with almond butter, because I feel like I get hungry too soon with an all-liquid breakfast.
