I started adding it to smoothies after seeing the Green Monsters all around the blogworld. I&#8217;ve even made &#8220;spinach water,&#8221; which is 3 cups of spinach blended with 1\/2 cup water and 1\/2 cup skim milk, and cooked my oats with it. They were very green! I can&#8217;t believe you can&#8217;t really taste the spinach &#8211; it&#8217;s genius!<\/p>\n<p>My Green Monster is made with:<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup water<br \/>\n1\/2 cup skim milk<br \/>\n1 scoop chocolate whey isolate protein<br \/>\n1\/2 cup blueberries<br \/>\n1\/3 frozen banana<br \/>\n4 cups of spinach<\/p>\n<p>Enjoyed on my balcony! :o)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cali&#8217;s Green Monster: Lately I&#8217;ve been adding spinach to everything &#8211; it&#8217;s my new favourite food.
