It wasn&#8217;t green (hello, blueberries!) but it was delicious. Far too thick to drink, I opted to eat it with a spoon and sprinkle it with walnuts, turning it into a breakfast reminiscent of a sundae.<\/p>\n<p>In the mix:<br \/>\n-1\/4 avocado<br \/>\n-2 cups spinach<br \/>\n-1 raw egg (I only consume organic farm fresh eggs&#8211;use with caution)<br \/>\n-1\/4 cup plain yogurt<br \/>\n-1\/2 cup frozen blueberries<br \/>\n-1\/2 cup frozen pineapple tidbits<br \/>\n-1 scoop Amazing Grass Superfood<\/p>\n<p>Blend all togetha! If it isn&#8217;t blending well enough, add a touch of milk until it does.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle with walnuts.<\/p>\n<p>Eat with spoon in a large fancy glass. Marvel at your ability to enjoy this as you would ice cream.
