Ok well, I started doing this smoothies because I wanted to fit more veggies into my diet and tight schedule. I´ve been drinking them every day and up to know, I´m not planning on going back
The ingredients are:
3 handfuls of spinach (about 3/4 of my blender, push them tight to get more in there)
1 cup of blueberries
2 cups of cold water
*Fruits should preferably be frozen.
*You can add a tbsp of chia seeds for a good dose of omega 3
