Hi Angela!
I’m a recent convert and must say thank you, thank you, thank you for creating these!
My favorite Green Monster is:
1 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1/4 cup berries (whatever is in the freezer)
1 tsp spirulina
1 tsp flax seed oil
~1 cup h20 or almond milk
*stevia to taste
LOVE IT! I’m currently working on my PhD in Biochemistry so I can’t really snack in between experiments. This combo keeps me full (and happy!) until lunch 🙂

My story is quick. I was once a bumb. The my heart was set on fire after learning about these green things…I one day made my own:
3 big ass handfuls of spinach
1 frozen banana
2 scoops of Amazing grass Chocolate Infusion
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cup of almond milk. or soy milk, or coconut milk
BLEND!
Amazing. I am now a bumb with a firery heart and great skin. 🙂
