I’m a recent convert and must say thank you, thank you, thank you for creating these!
My favoriteĀ Green Monster is:
1 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1/4 cup berries (whatever is in the freezer)
1 tsp spirulina
1 tsp flax seed oil
~1 cup h20 or almond milk
*stevia to taste
LOVE IT! I’m currently working on my PhD in Biochemistry so I can’t really snack in between experiments. This combo keeps me full (and happy!) until lunch š
