A friend on Facebook kept talking about her Green Monster. One day I decided I would try it too, and I’m glad I did. I didn’t add anything fancy, just some:
1cup almond milk
2 handfuls of baby spinach
5 medium/large strawberries
1 frozen banana
I threw it all in my blender and let her go! Mmm Mmm good! 🙂 Even my teenaged daughter is getting in on this!
