I posted about my green moster here: I really just started enjoying them, so no results to report yet, but it is a great way to use up the tons of greens that I receive each week in my CSA!
1 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze
1/2 scoop of chocolate whey protein
3 kale leaves (without the stem)
1 frozen banana
1 spoonful of Trader Joe’s Almond Butter
Ice
