I Love Green Monsters!
I started making green monsters for breakfast just over a week ago and once or twice I put the leftovers in the fridge when I left for work. My husband thought they were surprises for him, so now I make a point of making two each morning. He loves them!
This morning’s monster:
Spinach
Milk
Cantaloupe
Blueberries
Strawberries
Peanut butter
p.s. I love the irony of drinking monsters out of pint glasses
