Angela, your Green Monster has made its way to Singapore (Asia)  😀  Maybe  it will reach Africa soon, where many of my readers are from! I’ve been following your blog for quite some time and I’ve always seen you and your green monsters. Out of curiosity, I decided to try making my own as I had no idea what it tasted like. Well, it tasted pretty good and indeed, you can’t taste the spinach at all!My green monster consisted of a handful of English baby spinach, raspberries, vanilla milk and some sugar.
