Chloe‘s Green Monster
Hi Angela,
I’m loving the SGBC and think that adding in Green Monsters is a great twist!
This morning I made a new Green Monster (for me, anyways) that consisted of soy milk, a banana, flax, almond butter, spinach, 1 kale leaf, and a kiwi.
The kale and kiwi are new additions to my normal GM, and I really like it.
I’d like to add in more kale as I get used to the green taste, but the kiwi was great.
It kinda made it a little more savory than sweet, and I could crunch the seeds which I think is always fun.
