Hi Angela!
I thought I’d try a Green Monster ‘Milkshake’ for my kids. They gobbled it right up. (Add the word ‘milkshake’ and I think they’d honestly try anything..lol!)
Here’s my kid approved version:
Green Monster ‘Milkshake’
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 serving vanilla greek yogurt
Lg handful spinach
few cubes frozen mango
few cubes frozen papaya
1/3 frozen banana
ice
Both my six year old daughter and nine month old son loved this!
Green Monster Milkshake sounds like such a fun treat for kids! 😀
What a neat idea for a Green Monster Milkshake. I’ll have to try this one on my brother.
This is the one I’m going to try first. If it’s kid friendly, maybe I’ll like it! I can’t wrap my head around the spinach…. I’ll let you know how it goes!
Sounds delicious. The way I got my 4 year old son to drink his first Green Monster, I would jokingly say “Drink the green monster before the monster drinks you!” The superhero fanatic that he is thought of The Hulk. This made him so excited, he emptied his cup and he’s been drinking them since.
brilliant!!
actually, i can see small children being all over something called a green monster.
Oooh! Papaya? That would be awesome!
