I’ve attached the picture from my favorite green monster – it’s not the best pic, but it’ll do – you can definitely tell it’s green!
My favorite combo so far is:
1 cup milk
1/2 banana (optional)
handful frozen cherries
1 Tbsp or so almond butter
2-3 cups spinach or kale
I LOVE the combination of the cherries + almond butter in the smoothie. It makes a great overall flavor.

Although I don’t always have everything on hand to make green monsters, I do love them when I have them and they make me feel amazing!
