My recipe is simple!
1 banana
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
1 stevia packet
1 scoop Trader Joes Vanilla Soy Protein powder
2 GIANT handfuls of spinach

My story? It’s simple! I started my blog a couple of months ago Julie GoLean and the food wheels started turning! The more I read other blogger’s great posts about delicious foods, the more I wanted to try them. I started seeing Green Monsters pop up everywhere and one day I was making a protein shake after a great workout and thought “what the heck” I threw some spinach in the blender and the rest is history! I couldn’t believe that you couldn’t even taste the spinach at all! I tell all of my clients to give it a try and get SO excited when they come back telling me how much they love it. Don’t bash it till you try it 🙂 Even my mom asks for the recipe. I tell her it’s a secret 😉
