So here is my “green” monster recipe. It looks more like a pink monster but I promise the spinach is in there! 🙂 Not a fan of bananas at all, the strawberries add the shade of pink.
Recipe:
1 cup of soy milk
1 T. almond butter
1 t. agave nectar
3 fresh strawberries
Handful of frozen mangoes, papaya and strawberries (from the tropical frozen fruit pack at Costco)
A cup or two of spinach
Blend and enjoy!
