Nina’s Green Monster:
My recipe is:
3 cups of baby spinach
1 cup of vanilla soymilk
1 frozen banana
1/2 of a grapefruit
1 scoop of Whey Protein Powder (vanilla flavor)
Yummy! The grapefruit juice cuts the sweetness of the vanilla soymilk and the whey powder and makes it so refreshing. The whey powder thickens the green monster and makes it taste almost like a vanilla milkshake! this is one of my favorites.
