My favorite Green Monster:

3 large handfuls spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 rings fresh pineapple
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop Amazing Grass: Superfood, Meal or WheatGrass
Chia Seeds
1 Packet Magnelevures Magnesium – lemony tartness!
1 packet David Kirsch Vitamin Mineral Powder  “throw away vitamin jar”!
