Hello fellow Green Monster Drinkers! I am a raw foodist (about 90%) who loves her green smoothies. I have been vegan for quite sometime and raw for about 4 months. I made these changes to overcome my own health challenges and loving the changes… I love being vegan and loving being raw as well!
Here is my monster:
1 small banana (usually frozen)
Half of a medium Granny Smith Apple
2 huge handfuls of baby spinach
2 Kale leaves (opt)
1/2 of a small avocado
1/2 tsp of Vitamineral Green (superfood powder)
