I found your site the other day and it’s just fantastic. I’m about to do a month-long food challenge of eating super simply and I love smoothies, so I wanted to try out a Green Monster right away. (Also, extra bonus points for the unintentional Fenway Park/Red Sox reference.) I thought the color would be off-putting, but it was just the most lovely, brightest green. It was so delicious, I think it’s going to become part of my regular breakfast.
1/2 cup hazelnut milk
6 frozen peach slices (about 1/2 peach, I think)
1 big handful fresh raw baby spinach
