I was looking for the perfect post-gym green monster, and after several weeks of attempting new ingredients, I came up with the perfect protein green monster with a pumpkin twist!
Try out my Pumpkin Protein Punch Green Monster!
1 banana
1/2 cup of almond milk
2 cups of spinach
1 cup of kale
2 Tbs flax seeds
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1 scoop of Pure Protein powder
1 scoop of Amazing Grass Green Superfood
*Add ice & water accordingly, to allow for your preferred smoothie consistency! I also like to add a handful of organic granola to the top of my finished smoothie, just to kick it up a notch!
