Since being introduced to the Green Monster from your blog, I have been making it a couple of times a week and have also introduced my husband to it.. my husband has enjoyed it so much he now makes it more then me.. thank you for starting this movement.. it’s wonderful. my usual green monster includes:
– 2 cups fresh spinach
– 1 banana
– 1c Almond Vanilla milk
-1/4c pumpkin
– 1 Activia light yogurt
