cimg1626I got some new Rice Protein Powder to try so I decided to make my own blended smoothie recipe:

(Serves 2)

2 cups of water
romaine lettuce
ginger
frozen pineapple
1 date
1/2 banana
1 tbsp hemp protein
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp green powder
1 tbsp NutriBiotic Rice Protein
