2010_0427Food0009I’ve been making green monsters since finding your blog. I swear, my body CRAVES it everyday after my workout. This morning, I didn’t have time for coffee like usual before the gym and when I got home I decided…why not try it in my GM! It…was…AWESOME. The green monster movement has changed my life 🙂

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
1/2 frozen banana
42 g spinach
1 T sunflower seed butter
14 g protein powder
1 packed of Starbucks VIA
