I’ve been making green monsters since finding your blog. I swear, my body CRAVES it everyday after my workout. 1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
1/2 frozen banana
42 g spinach
1 T sunflower seed butter
14 g protein powder
1 packed of Starbucks VIA
