My go-to green monster is as follows:
1 large bunch of spinach
1c almond mylk
2 Tbsp cacao
1 Tbsp flaxseed
1 Tbsp Vitamineral Green (Healthforce Nutritionals)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 banana
2 Medjool dates, pitted
