I’m always trying to find a tasty way to shove more greens down my throat every week. I do a ton of salad but somedays you want a tasty, chilly, smootie-fruity. A fruit soup is you will:)
SO…..I was lucky to find Angela’s blog and her posts about these amazing green health drinks. I got inspired and created my own go to Green Monster and it NEVER let me down.
My recipe is:
2 handfuls organic Spinach
1/2 block of firm tofu
1 small bananna
8oz Vit 10 water in Energy Orange flavor
1 dropper of lemon flavored Stevia
few ice cubes
YUM…Slurp:)
My next attempt will include berries and almond milk:)
