ingredients:
1 cup soy milk
splash of pineapple juice
2 Tbsp natural yoghurt
slice of ginger
slice of mango
1/2 orange
1 frozen banana
handful baby spinach
1 scoop natural protein powder
2 vit c+zinc capsule contents
